The Shift Retreat for Transformational Livnig

At this life-changing co-ed retreat taking place August 10-13 in Taos, New Mexico, we will come together in a beautiful retreat venue with the intention of diving deeply into ourselves to examine more clearly what's going on in our lives, heal our hearts and bodies, connect to each other and eradicate limiting beliefs so we can live in our fullest potential.

It is a weekend to process emotional blocks, heal and forgive the past, release insecurities, shame, guilt, judgement and resentment, overcome indecision, practice true vulnerability, connect to your inner child, transform your relationships and envision an inspiring future.

It is a weekend to form lifelong friendships.

It is a weekend to remember who you really are.

It is a weekend to recalibrate.

We work with every participant individually and in a group setting. Over the course of the weekend, each participant will experience mindset shifts, breakthroughs in perspective, physical releases of stagnant energy in the body and will gain a new, more empowering view of what is possible for her life.

To facilitate this transformation, we utilize a variety of modalities, including Parts Work, breath-work, yoga, dance, inner child work, mirror work, creative therapy, holistic healing techniques and guided meditations (no previous experience in any of these techniques is necessary).

Located just minutes from historic and tranquil Taos, New Mexico, we invite you to participate in an experience like no other. Surrounded by gorgeous mountain views and supported by the energy of the desert, this is the perfect place to come and reset. Taos is known for being a world-class outdoors destination and is the heart of a creative, rich and ancient lineage.

Guests will have access to a meditative peace path, labyrinth, fire pit, swimming pool, and sauna. We’ll be doing our healing work in a combination of a sun-flooded yoga room, yurt, and outdoor spaces.

Taos is a land of beauty and grace. Plan to take a hike, explore the Pueblo, watch the sunrise from the ski lifts, watch the sunset from the hot springs. There are many wonderful local shops, farmer’s market, and restaurants with vegan options as well, just a short bike ride to town. August is a beautiful time of year to visit Taos and enjoy its many outdoor activities such as hiking, water rafting and natural hot springs.
