CaliVegan Adventures HomeShare is located at the border between Orange and Los Angeles Counties, and at the intersection of the cities of Seal Beach, Long Beach, and Los Alamitos—with quick and easy access to beaches, amusement parks, universities, entertainment, and the vegan hot spots of both LA and OC.

This is a vegan homespace designed for travelers, explorers, digital nomads, visiting professionals, and locals who don't eat the homies—with flexible term options ranging from nightly and weekly to month-to-month (see website for monthly rates: www.AhimsaAdventures.com). The space is available either as a Master Suite or Double Suite. Both suites offer a pool view with one double bed in each and flexible arrangements for single futons. The master suite is also furnished with a small table and chairs.

It is located on a quiet cul-de-sac with ample street parking. Guests have a private side-entry. The indoor shared areas include a family parlor, dining area, kitchen, and small reading and office space. The outdoor space is also shared and features an outdoor dining area; patio umbrella and chairs; a small, oakwood veggie grill; an outdoor firepit; and a private pool.

With just five miles (8km) to CSULB, six miles (9km) to Belmont Shore, seven miles (11km) to Seal Beach, and eight miles (13km) to Disneyland, California Adventure, and the Anaheim Convention Center, the CaliVegan homestay is perfect whether you’re here for playdates at Disney, conference or convention travel, or a semester lecturer assignment.

Stay for a week, a month, a season or semester. Cook your own meals, request in-home catering services, call-in for vegan food deliveries, or explore the SoCal vegan foodie scene.

Additional wellness offerings are also available during your stay and include yoga; fitness training; nutritional and herbal consulting; and vegan, in-home catered meals. Special requests must be pre-booked by email, are subject to availability, and may incur additional charges. House rules

BOOKING AND ACCOMMODATION POLICIES, REQUIREMENTS AND FEES:
I. For security reasons, the address is not published; the exact address will be sent after your booking is confirmed.

II. After your lodging and accommodations request is accepted, please respond to the email to confirm booking and sign the Lodging/Accommodations Agreement.

III. For the safety and security of all guests and residents:
1) Minimum guest age is 21; 2) No Third-Party Bookings; 3) Each guest must provide a government-issued Identification Card or Passport; 4) For stays of four weeks or less, each guest must consent to an ID check; 5) For stays of more than four weeks, each lodger(s) must consent to a background, ID, and credit report, and eviction history check; 6) The mandatory Booking Fee which covers the cost of the mandatory ID and background checks is as follows: $20 per guest-ID check or $43 for lodger background and credit check.

IV. Booking is not complete and confirmed until all guests and/or lodgers have signed agreements and liability waivers.

V. Self Check-In time is after 2pm; Self Check-Out time is before 11am. Early check-in and/or late check-outs must be prearranged and may incur an additional fee.

DAMAGE AND INCIDENTALS
I. You will be responsible to make monetary reparations for any damages or lost items to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.

II. A credit card or cash deposit of $300 is required on or before arrival for security and incidental charges.

III. This fee will be refunded within after check-out if damage assessment confirms there are no damages or missing items.

IV. In the event of property damage or missing items: 1)less than or equal to the deposit, the amount owed will be deducted from the security deposit and a receipt of incidentals will be emailed to you; or 2) greater than $300, the entire deposit will be applied and you will be charged for the additional amount owed.

V. We are not responsible for injury/illness that occur while you are on the premises, loss, or damage to your car or belongings, I don’t or items left behind after check out

SAFETY AND SECURITY REGULATIONS
I. For the safety of all guests and residents, the following is strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises--indoors and outdoors: 1) smoking of any kind; 2) vaping and e-cigarettes; 3) possession of drugs or weapons.

II. On-site parties and group events are strictly prohibited.

III. No guests are allowed on the property except booked guests or those pre-approved in writing by the management.

CLEANING AND LAUNDRY POLICIES
I. FEES: 1) $50-$75 Mandatory Weekly Cleaning Fee for Stays of Two to Four Weeks; 2) $75 Mandatory Bi-Weekly Cleaning Fee for Month-to-Month Bookings

II. Each guest is provided One Set of Towels per Week, changed weekly. Each bed is provided One Set of Linens per Week, changed weekly. Additional Sets of are available at $10 per Set.

III. Laundry Service is Available at $10/load.*
*Washer/Dryer use may be arranged for HomeStay Terms of Three Months or more.

OUTDOOR PATIO AND POOL RULES
I. Use of the pool requires a mandatory Pool Safety and Liability Waiver for each guest or lodger. All approved pet guests must wear a life jacket (provided).

II. Hours of Use: 8am to 10pm daily; closed during weekly cleaning hours on Wednesdays.

III. The pool is not heated. Spring/Summer temp average is 21°℃ (70℉).

ADDITIONAL HOUSE INFORMATION AND RULES
I. Please review all policies and requirements before confirming your booking.

II. Hosts live on the property, but are not home full-time. Please do not hesitate to contact us or the property manager via text/WhatsApp, if you have questions or concerns.

III. Other guests may also be on the property.

IV. Driveway Parking is not permitted.

V. Guests are not required to be vegan. However, this is a vegan, anti-speciesist and cruelty-free zone. No food products made from animals or animal by-products are permitted anywhere on the premises. (Note: If you are requesting reservations for a pet guest, please contact us if they have nutritional/health needs that prevent their ability to comply with this regulation.)

VI. Approved pet guests are not permitted to be left outdoors unattended and must wear life vests when in the pool area.

VII. Guests or lodgers who violate the smoking, drug or weapons policies will be required to leave the property immediately, with no refund and may be subject to legal action and/or damage reparations.

VIII. This property is managed by a professional team of dogs, cats and random furry and feathered rescues and is not recommended for anyone with allergies.
