Retreat from your busy life to our magical sanctuary... Surrounded by regenerated bush and paddocks with rescue animals, enjoy an outdoor shower with the sunrise, take deep breaths of fresh air as you do yoga or simply relax on the wide and beautiful deck, take it slow and enjoy the moment in the cozy open plan studio, order a healthy meal or a massage from us during the day, end with a nurturing bath under the stars and finally doze off into sweet dreams on the comfy 4 poster bed. Ahhh... You won’t want to leave this charming, one-of-a-kind place. 

The space

We are a family of 6 humans and many furred and feathered family members. And we are delighted to share our little magical peace of this beautiful planet earth with you.

Our Kindred Spirit Sanctuary is a registered charity and caring for the cows, goats, sheep & chickens is part of our daily rutin which you can join.

Things to know

We are an animal sanctuary so:

1. Please don't bring non-vegan food. We provide you with breakfast and you can also order more meals from us upon availability.

2. No extreme load noises. The animals don't like them.

3. No pets. They may not be compatible with our ferr and feathered family

Neighborhood

Wilsons Creek is a magical spot with regenerated forest, gently sloping mountains, hidden creeks and water holes and lots of native life.

As you drive away from lively Byron Bay or the full-of-character Mullumbimby and slowly climb up through the windy road into Wilsons Creek you will feel that you are entering a fairyland.

Come and experience peace right here and now...

The lovely and inspiring Mullumbimby is less than 10 minutes drive from our sanctuary.

The famous Byron Bay is 20 minutes away.

Gold Coast and all of the excitement it has to offer is about 45 minutes away.

Both Ballina and Gold Cost airports are 45 minutes away.
